GES Exposition Services

GES Exposition Services is the decorating service we are using for this expo. You should have received an exhibitor kit directly from GES. If you did not receive this exhibitor kit via email, please contact Danny Wraspir at GES Exposition Services at 763-488-5340 or DWraspir@ges.com. This exhibitor kit will also be available online at www.ges.com.

The Hyatt's exhibit hall is carpeted ~ if you wish to have a specific color of carpet in your booth it must be ordered through GES Exposition Services. The 2010 Institute show colors are teal and white. Booth prices DO NOT include the rental of tables and/or chairs. Please contact GES Exposition Services to secure these items as well.

Aging Services of Minnesota is arranging the electrical service for your booth/s. If you have not already ordered electricity on your 2010 exhibitor contract and you need it, please contact Jenny Prosser at jprosser@agingservicesmn.org, 651-603-3548 or 800-462-5368.
